As designers, it can be difficult to meet other designers for collaboration. This project stems from trying to think of new ways in which designers could come together and create opportunities for collaboration. Initially, I looked at creating a "dating app" inspired by "Coffee Meets Bagel" but in this case, it was "Coffee Meets Design". Since designers are known to love coffee, this plays into the idea of having a first "date" with two matched designers. However, as the project progressed, it seems like encouraging collaborations could work within the floorplan layout itself, which was what I explored in this project.
